I grew up in North Carolina and magnolias have long been a favorite flower of mine, especially since I saw them bloom in picturesque Savannah during my college years at SCAD. Spring is a new season where the seemingly dead earth has come back to life, full of beauty, wonder, and new beginnings and these blooming magnolias remind us that seasons pass, beauty is in the waiting, and good things are coming.
