“Ric Rac”

Y’all know I’ve been a textile-lover since I was a kid. One of my favorite types of ribbon to collect was Ric Rac, a wavy, curvy ribbon that has been used since the 19th century to adorn and embellish garments and furniture. In my love for reintroducing textile history to the contemporary world, I give you “Ric Rac.”

“Ric Rac” is a hand-illustrated striped print in periwinkle and lilac wavy stripes with elements in pink, red, and tan.

Every Ernie and Irene print harnesses the power of stained glass windows and brings that power into our everyday world. We use a visual language to display our faith, start conversations, and remind ourselves of God’s love for us.

Care:

Wash before first wear. Machine wash. Lay flat to dry. Medium Iron. Do not bleach
